"This is my second trip to Tokyo...."
This is my second trip to Tokyo. We are very happy with our stays at Grand Palace Hotel. Subway station is only minutes away by foot. However, you need to change train most of the times to get to where you want to go. The room size is big (by Tokyo standard). Although there is no swimming pool. Breakfast is the same everyday. The street in front is not busy but you can find good ramen and curry rice. There are few convenient stores within walking distant.

"We enjoyed very much our stay at..."
We enjoyed very much our stay at Grand Palace and our time in Tokyo. The staff are friendly and accommodating our needs, and this is a big plus when traveling with three kids. The room
size is big for Tokyo's standard. The location is perfect in between two train stations, and lots of good foods around the hotel.

"We were completely thrilled with our Grand..."
We were completely thrilled with our Grand Palace experience. The room standard, friendly service (in English) and location all exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to be treated to a room upgrade.
Our requests for assistance regarding sightseeing and transfers were handled very efficiently and in such a friendly manner. We were a little nervous when initially advised by Asia Rooms that our room would be held under a different name until approximately 3 days before our check in date, however upon our arrival, we found our booking was in order and our check-in went smoothly. Thank you to Asia Rooms and staff at the Grand Palace for making our stay in Tokyo a memorable one.

"This was our second time staying at..."
This was our second time staying at the hotel. It's close to three subway lines so it was easy to get around. More importantly, the staff at the hotel is very helpful and welcoming. It
was good value for the money, and a quiet place to recover from jet-lag after a long flight.

"We stayed here at the beginning and..."
We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Japan. They welcomed us back, having kept a record of our previous visit and I have a suspicion that they kept a note
that we used two pillows each, as they were put on the bed for our return visit. Good coffee at breakfast, which they provide from a hidden source, rather than a self-serve machine.

"One of the best hotels in Japan..."
One of the best hotels in Japan during our stay. Very good staff and so helpful. Daily room cleaning was a great bonus. The buffet breakfast was excellent. We as a family really enjoyed our
5 nights there. The proximity to Kudanshita and Idabashi was convenient, as was the fact that there are a number of convenience stores nearby for emergency needs. It was easy to get to Ginza or the Tokyo station that was nearby, either by subway or taxi. We would certainly recommend it as it was the best value for money hotel all over Japan.

"This is my second stay here and..."
This is my second stay here and this time it was great as usual. The only things is our flight arrives a little too late so we don't make it too the last direct bus
to the hotel, but pickup is direct from hotel to airport. We were in a triple room so it was a little bigger than the last time. The room was big enough considering we were in Tokyo. The metro is just about a minute away from the hotel so access was good and you have three convenience stores within a three minute walk.

This hotel is indeed very good. Excellent location - 2 minutes from Kudanshita Metro station and 10 minutes (600 meters) from JR Iidibashi station. Hotel service is excellent, English-speaking staff and breakfast is good.

This was a very god hotel, nearby to the JR IDIBASH STATION (5-10 mins easy walk, 2mins Taxi) . Can conveniently access all the major tokyo destinations via the JR line or subway (for travelers
without the pass, you are missing a great bargain) Room clean, staff polite and very helpful, Breakfast great. Overall a really good hotel.

" Location within two minutes walk of..."
Location within two minutes walk of the nearest subway station The hotel is one of the Limo bus stop .so it was very convenience to and from the airport .and staff helpful. Good breakfast.
It would be better the Double/Twin room if they could have two single beds . Will definitely recommend to friends & go back again!
