"Excellent location, within easy walking distance of..."
Excellent location, within easy walking distance of Shinjuku station and main shopping and entertainment area. Generally helpful staff, although absolutely no flexibility shown on 11.00 check-out - even if you only want to delay this by an hour you have to pay extra. Spacious rooms compared to others we had in Japan. Good choice at breakfast buffet - enough to make a full brunch of. Decent swimming pool (with attached "smoking" garden!) but tended to get crowded in the middle of the day.

Hotel is great !
Near the Shinjuku station which is 5mins walk ( if you know how )
One or two 24hours convenience stores nearby.
We practically stayed out until early morning.
The area is safe to walk.

It was perfect, we didn't need anything because the room had all we wanted. It isn't so expensive for a 4 star hotel.

"Keio Plaza hotel is well known to..."
Keio Plaza hotel is well known to be a respectable established hotel of good quality and examplary service. I experienced this during my recent first stay at Keio. Although the staff at the check-in counter
were somewhat aloof, the bellboys showed unwaning enthusiasm in performing their duties to the utmost best. In terms of location, Keio is located only 5 minutes from Shinjuku JR. As it is outside the shopping belt, it is in a quiet part of Shinjuku. The hotel has a bus service to Haneda/ Narita airport right at its doorstep... very convenient. Despite being an old hotel (40 years or so), Keio still proves itself as an establishment of high standards. I will definitely stay in Keio again.

"Overall The Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku..."
Overall The Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku was a pleasant place to stay during our vacation. Good neighbor, quite close with the JR Station, shaded surrounding area, quite close with the central of crowd (takashimaya,
etc), etc. unfortunately, i left my valuable drawing (samurai) that i bought in asakusa temple. i do not complain about the price but i sad to lost it although that was not hotel's fault anyway.

"The hotel upgraded our room and we..."
The hotel upgraded our room and we are really please with it. The room was on high floor, clean, not smoking, deco was new. front desk service is great, we got our information easily and
clearly. The hotel is also a 8 min walk to the train station and most importantly, the airport bus stop at this hotel, it even has a free shuttle bus to DisneySea. The bell boy who took our 2 big cargo bag did not even accept our tip, he say it is all in the service and it is their responsibility, he even describe all the function of the room, buttons and even offer to send an umbrella to our room since it was raining during that nite. Overall comment on the hotel, room and staff are good. Will surely go back for another stay next year.

"If location is your priority then this..."
If location is your priority then this is the right place to stay. Close to Shinjuku JR station and just a short walk to the shops. One thing that disappointed me was the absence of
coffee/tea in the room. Yes, green tea is great but more selection will be good for those who crave for coffee in the morning! Decor in the room is a bit out-dated, doesn't look like what I saw on the website but for the room size I can't complain. Overall, you're paying for the room size and location and it's not cheap.

Very good hotel, also was almost 5 minutes walking distance to our conference location which was Hilton Tokyo. It's a pity that a good international breakfast is not included in the room's price.
