Booked this hotel for 6 nights, requested for a double-bed room but was not available and was upgraded to a triple room (smoking). Frontdesk informed that the smell can be removed with a special equipment but they require 3 hrs for the job. We went up to the room but there wasn't any smell at all, thus did not request for them to bring the equipment up. Room is very spacious with 2 super single and 1 sofabed.
Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. If the hotel is nearer to the JR/Subwat, that would be even better..
Brilliant location, a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station via an undercover walkway. We got upgraded on arrival so our triple room was large by japanese standards with a great view from the 28th floor. Breakfast was great, choice of three restaurants and complete buffet selection. No complaints whatsoever, we would all definitely stay there again!
Great choice in Tokyo as it is so close to Shinjuku which is an area rich with all kinds of stores, restaurants, numerous transportation links, and activities. When you leave the northern doors of the hotel, there's a covered underground walkway to the station should the weather be rotten. It's surrounded by numerous great choices of restaurants (we liked the high rise tower to the south on the 29th floor). The hotel is across the street from the Government building - great observation deck. The staff was helpful and had sufficient English. The hotel restaurants were great.
This is the second time we visit Keio Hotel and with each stay it was very pleasant as the staff are friendly, approachable and very efficient. The management clearly know how to handle the large volumes of residents in its hotel and it aims to provide the quickest and painless service.
The food at the restaurants are of respectable quality and of reasonable price not to mention that the hotel is about 10 mins walk from Shinjuku Station.
Definitely a must stay :)

Very spacious room indeed. Conveniently located among eateries and shops. Walking distance to major shopping malls and Shinjuku station. Will definately return to this hotel on my next trip.
The staff were very friendly and polite. The room and toilet / bathroom was reasonably sized. The hotel's location is quite central to Shinjuku station - only 5 minutes walk. I would definitely stay there in my next visit.
Keio Plaza was our last stop before returnng home, and fortunately all four hotels we stayed in were quite comparable. The hotel is quite large, we were in the main wing in a standard room which was a good size with a queen bed, although a little dated decore. Bathroom was on the small side but wasn't a problem. The views were lovely beeing on the 21st floor and looking back at Shinjuku station. Hotel was quite easy to find, about a 5-10 min walk following the maps on the hotel sight. Information desk staff were very helpful and almost all spoke english. Breakfast was included and had a choice of 3 different restaurants. Quite a good choice in the main buffet restaurant. Overall a nice stay with no major complaints.
We stayed a Keio Plaza for two three day periods, the bell captain held our luggage four days while we toured Hiroshima, Osaka and Kyoto. The staff were very accomodating in giving directions and arranging tours to Diseyland and giving us directions various sites.
