Very good hotel, also was almost 5 minutes walking distance to our conference location which was Hilton Tokyo. It's a pity that a good international breakfast is not included in the room's price.

When going back to the hotel room, the hotel staffs like block the lift to squeeze in as many people into the lift. Imagine still have 5 spare lifts not utilised. This made me feel little uncomfortable.
At the lobby, you can't find a relaxing corners where you can sit and relax. The chairs there were stoned.
But overall, it's a good place. Feel safe.

Loved the hotel, I did have one problem our room bathroom fan did not work or did our room A/C, heat or central air both were not working. We did mention this to the front desk.
I would stay at Keio Plaza again and recommend this to others.

Keio is indeed only 5mins away from...
Keio is indeed only 5mins away from JR Shinjuku, if u exit correctly. We found the correct exit only on the last(3rd) day of our stay, though the longer way was abt 10mins only too.
We had a free upgrade to a premium room when they ran out of standard rooms. To our delight of course. in any case, room space is good for both premium and standard rooms. we stayed in a standard room when we returned 4 days later and they kept our luggage during that period for free.
Keio is also just next to one of Shinjuku's impt landmark, Tokyo Metro Govt Bldg. We just strolled over for a free night view of sparkling Shinjuku, coupled with beautiful jazz piano from the sky lounge.
will definitely stay again if we visit tokyo again. :)

Front desk is very efficient, we were able to check in almost immediately upon arrival (before 12pm, official check in time) and got our adjoining rooms, as requested.
The hotel location is great- u could just walk across to the Tokyo Govt Metropolitan Observation Tower, plenty of eating places around, just a short walk to the very busy Shinjuku station, and easy access to dept stores like Keio, Odakyu, Takashimaya Times Square.
The hotel concierge was very helpful in providing directions for train services when approached.
This is a Disney Good Neighbour hotel, so there's a free hotel shuttle to both Disneyland and Sea.
The Airport Limousine service took us direct from the airport to hotel doorstep, and booking the same service back to hotel was just as simple.
All in, a great hotel which I'd recommend to friends & family.

I always believe in first encounter.
In my case, I will say the first experience with Keio was bad. The reception took a long time to check me in, in addition she also given me the wrong key for the room. Not only that, when I wanted to get a map of tokyo, I was given one in Japanese (and the reason given was they run out of the english version).
I am disappointed with the service rendered.

Nice Hotel, great ambiance, friendly people.we stayed with all K1 fighters and that's what made it super geat. Free internet on the room so you can stay in toutch with the office and the world.Also perfect connection with the airport with the shuttlebus.
Booked this hotel for 6 nights, requested...
Booked this hotel for 6 nights, requested for a double-bed room but was not available and was upgraded to a triple room (smoking). Frontdesk informed that the smell can be removed with a special equipment but they require 3 hrs for the job. We went up to the room but there wasn't any smell at all, thus did not request for them to bring the equipment up. Room is very spacious with 2 super single and 1 sofabed.
Overall, very satisfied with the hotel. If the hotel is nearer to the JR/Subwat, that would be even better..
