The location of the hotel is great....
The location of the hotel is great. It's just outside the underpass from the Shinjuku Station. The service level is average. Room size is also acceptable considering Japan's standards. Most staff can communicate in English so it's convenient.
I will recommend for business travellers. For vacation who wish to save some hotel cost, you may be able to find other hotels in the area that can provide similar room size and facilites.
Dont be surprise to have a bell boy stick around for tips even though you're advise that tipping may be impolite in Japan. Not so true in this established and business liked Keio Plaza hotel.

Check-in was efficient with overview of hotel facilities and district provided.
Room was spacious and comfortable (especially beds and bathroom) with housekeeping excellant.
Numerous breakfast dining options within hotel - although only one cafe open prior to 7am if checking out early.
Check-out was again very efficient with Narita Limosine (Bus) available upon booking.

We had an enjoyable stay at Keio Plaza. The room was cozy and reasonably big with good service and amenities. The hotel is right in front of the impressive Tokyo Metropolitan Government twin tower buildings and is close to/within a walking distance from the Shinjuku train and subway station (through the underground walkway), small shops as well as big department stores. There is also a limousine bus service directly from/to Narita airport which costs 3000 yen/person. Besides, Keio Plaza is one of the pick-up hotels for Sunrise tours (the biggest travel agent with lots of options for sightseeing inside and outside Tokyo). Another added value is the free broadband internet in the room! Thank you Asiarooms.

I have stayed at other hotels in Tokyo, but for me this was the best.
The location is wonderful. Now that the subway has been enhanced with place names in English it is not difficult to find your way around, and the Shinjuku stations, so close by are a perfect starting point.
Service was very good, and all the stff in reception, and on the end of the phone, had a working knowledge of English.
Late check in and late check out - again no problem.
The post office is close by with ATM facilities with an English help button, but amount s are limited so you may have to make 3 or 4 withdrawls to get what you want.
A top class hotel fit to be...
A top class hotel fit to be a 5 star classification. Bed was very comfortable. Toilet seat was sensational. Breakfast was very good with three resturants to choose from. Slightly disappointing in that each restuarant had almost similar breakfast menu. Easy walk to station but it still takes a good 15 mins. Will definitely stay there again
My family and I enjoyed our stay...
My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. We thought the location was great (even though it's very far fom narita) so we chose to stay much closer the night before we returned to the states. We very much apprciated that our breakfast was included as our breakfast in other hotels was extremely expensive. We were visiting my son who is with the jet program and he stayed at Keio when he arrived in July. It was on his recommendatin that we stayed with you. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
