2ND TIME I HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL IN THE LAST THREE YEARS
I HAVE FOUND IT A 1ST CLASS HOTEL TO STAY IN, VERY HIGH STANDARD,
LOVELY STAFF AND A GREAT LOCATION, I WILL BE STAYING IN THE KEIO PLAZA
AGAIN THE NEXT TIME I GO TO TOKYO, BUT THERE IS A VERY HIGH STANDARD
OF HOTELS ALL AROUND THIS AREA YOU CANT GO WRONG.

Great location, superfriendly staff that makes a person of any nationality welcome! You will find the front desk and staff to speak some english.
Restaurantsbuffet are great! They have internet access in the business
lounge for a very reasonable price. Perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku just minutes away from all the action, shops, JR rail, and your favorite pachinko parlors. We will definately be back!

What can I say thats not already been said stayed in some great hotels over the years but this was the best would love my daughter to get married in the Keio Plaza hotel

I very much appreciated the presence of security guards who walk the beat in the hotel halls. Their presence was very obvious and they also were attentive to say hello. I had never seen this in other hotels.
I have only good to say about the Keio Plaza hotel. It was a great vacation spot. Everything was perfect. We were very comfortable. We felt welcomed on every level. It was a fun stay in a very beautiful resort. The other hotel guests were very friendly and very happy with their stay too.

THIS IS A LOVELY HOTEL,clean, food good, need to start useing real fruit salad and not tinned,front desk staff wonderfull and helpfull,ask for room 421 wonderfull to wake up and to look out over the bay this is a report of a head chef and wife team ,and yes we will go back again
