Besides the spacious and comfortable rooms, my wife and I are very impressed by the friendliness and the level of service. On the day of check-in, we asked if a baby cot was available, in case we decide not have our 2-year old daughter share our bed. The hotel immediately arranged to have a cot sent to our room at no extra cost. The cot was delivered within 5 minutes after we got to our room.
Our daughter has a fall in our room a few nights later and we called the service desk for help. The duty manager for the night came to our room promptly to check on her and spent a much time helping us to get a doctor. He advised us to send her to a hospital. We agreed. He not only help to arrange for an ambulance to take us there, but accompanied us to the hospital, stayed with us until we were ready to go back to the hotel.
We are grateful and impressed by the help rendered and we would definitely stay at this hotel when we visit Tokyo again.
