Location is good, very easy to walk to Shinjuku train station, lots of eateries around the area from cheap to high end. Within walking distance to shopping including Isetan and Takashimaya. The hotel also provide free transport to Disneyland, which is very convenient. Free internet connection is available in the room, though WiFi would be more useful which is not available. Front desk very efficient, service generally good, but the staff are not very warm as compared to the other hotel in Tokyo which we previously stayed. Overall very comfortable stay!
