The location is perfect, airport bus to the door and luaggage automatically taken care of from and into the bus. Room was not ready so we went out to have lunch first, lots of nice little eating places in the immediate vicinity. Keio Plaza where we spent sometime shopping can be seen from a distance and the Shinjuku station is next to it, about five minutes walk from the hotel.
We were lucky with the room, it was bigger than we expected, more like a triple. THe nice touch was a hot water boiler for making your own green tea any time you like, tea bags and water were restock each morning. As for breakfast which is included in the room charge, there were three restaurants at the second floor to choose from. As we stayed five nights, we tried all of them and all are good.
