We stayed here for 2nights.
Keio Plaza is a short walk to the nearest JR station at Shinjuku - about 5-6mins. There are several shops to see along the way which makes the journey more interesting. You will pass by some eateries, value-for-money toiletries store and camera/electronic shop. Shinjuku is generally a good place to base yourself in, as it is a major transit station with the JR line and many subway lines which you can take from this station.
Service is excellent, even by Japan standards. You get a service staff who not only brings your luggage up to the room but also an explanation of what things are available when you reach the room.
If you are going to Disneyland Resort, be sure to make use of the shuttle bus service, which is more convenient than taking the train.
