I was pleasantly surprised to have a...
I was pleasantly surprised to have a choice of 3 venues for breakfast. One of them "Jurin" opens at 5.00 am means my family and I can have breakfast before I leave for the airport at 6.50am. if i stayed in another hotel, we might to have to miss it. Loaction as a pickip point for local day tours and Narita Airport limousine service are plus points. The guest relations manager recommended me a very good 'tonkatsu' restaurant at Takashimaya Times Sq 13th floor, the best "tonkatsu' I ever had- the food ambience, service.

Our stay there was definitely enjoyable and...
Our stay there was definitely enjoyable and the hotel was posh and well facilitated. The room was exceptionally huge and left us a very good impression of the hotel. Not forgetting Asia Rooms for providing us with such a competitive and value for money rate.

It is a really great hotel: lovely...
It is a really great hotel: lovely accommodations and facilities for a relatively affordable price. Its location in the business district of Shinjuku makes it central but not overwhelmingly crowded -- especially at night. Good deal.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at th KEI Plaza, I was concerned that our rom might me small with a small window but it was FANTASTIC. Thank you very much the staff and the hotel made our stay in Japan a wonderful experience

This hotel was a pleasure to stay...
This hotel was a pleasure to stay at except my wife and I thought the toilet was a little smelly. But this was not a problem (Just us being picky) and we would love to return to this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpfull, the location was great and the view from our room was loverly. This hotel is just as good as any hotel we have stayed at anywhere in the world .. I definately give it four and a half stars ..position was great, close to station and near to so many restaurants and shops ...made it easy to enjoy our stay in Tokyo...

Excellent hotel with a high level of...
Excellent hotel with a high level of service from all staff.Good size bedrooms with large beds cleaned daily.Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from,but would recommend the two bars on the 45th floor as the veiws over Tokyo at night are spectacular.Good location with a 5 minute walk to Shinjuku station.Free bus to Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea from the front door of hotel.Would choose this hotel again if visiting Tokyo.

This hotel was in a perfect location...
This hotel was in a perfect location within Shinjuku. You are able to walk all around from this location as well as there is a covered walkway to the station. The hotel was top quality. We had a triple and there was plenty of room to move around. I would definately stay here again if I ever find my way to Tokyo in the future.

Very efficient service from the moment we...
Very efficient service from the moment we checked in. Great location in Shinjuku not far to walk to the main centre and shops. Room size was great - plenty of room for suitcases and bags around the place and bathroom good size too. Breakfast was a good combination of English and Japanese. Definitely recommend!
