Wonderful Hotel
Sheraton Miyako was a joy to stay in. The free shuttle was an added bonus. The sweet sleeper bed lived up to its name. We have no complains about this Hotel at all. The Reception staff, especially Nakamura was great.
The free shuttle to Meguro station is GREAT! Worth staying there because of this service!
Breakfast spread is not bad but the other hotels we stayed at were better (Hilton).

all bathrooms needs revamp
Service is very well like most Japanese hotels, but this hotel is expensive as the restaurants are very expensive and you need to pay for extra's like the fitness and wifi.
All bathrooms and fitnessroom are old (from eighties?)with brown tiles and shower in bath with curtains. Need upgrade.

This is a beautiful hotel. The reception / lobby area is nice. The walking area behind the hotel is tranquil and relaxing.
Our room was very nice. Bathroom was nothing special, but the beds were great and the decor was very nice.
There is an additional charge for the Health Club, but I would say it was well worth it. The pool was great for lap swimming and the jacuzzi was just what I needed after a long sightseeing day in Tokyo.
The highlight for us was the breakfast that was included with our stay. There is a choice of 3 restaurants. We choose the American buffet and loved it! It was one of the best buffets we have ever had!

Excellent hotel and first class service. Staff very friendly and experienced, helpfull and of utmost kindness. Very positive: the shuttle bus to Meguro station.
We used the hairdresser and the dentist both located in the hotel. Efficient service by the ladies at the concierge desk.
All was fine and contributed very much to our pleasant trip to Japan.

The Radisson Miyako is a very nice hotel and quiet. The location is somewhat of a disadvantage if you want to walk about or go for food. The Shinagawa station is a 900yen cab ride. The hotel food is ok, for Japanese Western food.
However, I am very disappointed that they charge 900yen for the "live music" meaning bass & guitar music, in the LOBBY LOUNGE. My collegeauge and I speng 13,400 yen on dinner/drinks prior to the start time and they waned to charge us the addl 900Yen for this... I was very unimpressed. I'll probably look to other hotels for future stays.

Radisson Miyako Tokyo is luxurious! The bed is fantastic - warm with a soft top. Bose CD player in room is special. The shuttle bus from Meguro station is efficient and neccesary as it is not walking distance. It is walkable from Shirokanedai (a smaller station on another line). The vending-machine-like mini-bar is something to watch out for. Nice garden as per the description. Yet to see the pool.
