Thank you! Our stay was very pleasent. We expected a room with 3 beds but we got 2 rooms which was great given that our daughter likes to stay on internet or bathroom all day long, so the parents got some privacy.
Great location; actually my wife searched really hard for a good location such as Ginza, so it worked great. Very clean and the service very good; staff very helpul and friendly.
Did I mention great location!?
We would definitely stay at your hotel in the future when opportunity will arise.

the room is super small.really not suitable...
the room is super small.really not suitable for family.only for couple.but the environment is totally not romantic.it like budget hotel.not 3 star hotel.

Excellent location and really good value for money. Good views from the higher floors of Ginza. Reception spoke good english and were able to provide maps and places to go. would definately stay there again if I was going to Tokyo.

We had a fantastic stay at the Monterey, the room was lovely and a perfect size for us, however our friends' room was smaller.
The central location to the Ginza strip of shops and transport was very handy.
The hotel had a lovely old world feel and the staff were very accomodating about leaving our luggage at reception after our check out time.
The only hiccup was that Reception told us that the Fish Market Auction was between 4am and 5am when actually it started at 5:50am and finished at approx 6:30am so beware as there is not alot of activity at 4:20am!
The hotel is in a great location...
The hotel is in a great location only a minute or two from the closest station. We even walked from the hotel to the Tokyo station one day and the fish markets the next in around 10 mins even though the maps gave the impression it would be much further. The staff are friendly and restaurants, bars and convience stores are all close by. The rooms are small but sufficent, so if your not planing to spend to much time in your room the room size won't be an issue. This hotel is all round good value oh and the Monteray La Sour is not to far as well, just in case this one is booked out. I'd definatley stay here again.

OUR FAMILY BOOKED IN ADVANCE AND REQUESTED 2 NON-SMOKING ROOMS TOGETHER. ON CHECK-IN WE WERE GIVEN SMOKING ROOMS THAT WERE SEPARATED AND SMELT REVOLTING. AFTER REQUESTING TO CHANGE ROOMS THEY GAVE US 2 ROOMS THAT WERE 7 FLOORS APART. FOR THE AMOUNT YOU PAY AT THIS HOTEL I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED BETTER ORGANISATION, ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH AN ADVANCE BOOKING.

The Monterey Ginza is in the perfect location for visiting Tokyo and this is it's primary appeal. Firstly, it is within 10 minutes walking distance of Tokyo Station and is therefore handy when arriving/departing on the Narita Express train from/to the airport. Secondly, it is just around the corner from the Ginza metro station which allows the tourist access to all of Tokyo. The Monterey Ginza also offers a pleasant and comfortable stay at extremely good value for money, even though the rooms are slightly compact.

The location is good! The hotel is pretty old, the room is small but it is understandable in Tokyo.
Air conditioning wasn't running properly, smoking smell is everywhere although we required non-smoking room.
Overall it is okay.

As expected the room was quite small but in all other respects was very good. WiFi access would have been good. The staff were very helpful and allowed left luggage after checkout. The hotel had virtually no tourist information. Conveniently located adjacent to a tube exit.
