The staff were always friendly & courteous....
The staff were always friendly & courteous. the hotel decor was lavish and sophisticated. Whilst our room was small it was not claustrophobic. The thermostat on the wall for the air conditioning served no purpose as you had to ring reception to have the temperature adjusted up or down. The mini bar, complementary newspaper and internet were appreciated. The hotel's proximity to the Ginza itchome subway station (1 minute) and the shopping delights of Ginza were a big plus! The room rate that we paid through AsiaRooms represented a considerable saving to the "walk in" rates charged by the hotel. We would and will stay at this hotel again.

Room is traditional Japanese size (i.e. quite small compared to Australian hotel rooms). Not a lot of facilities (e.g. pool etc)

Spent 3 nights at this hotel at Christmas - the location is perfect, tucked behind the luxury goods shopping mecca that is Ginza. The room was very small but spotlessly clean and free broadband in the room was a welcome bonus.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Would definitely stay here again - good value for money.
