Good hotel in Asakusa
Hotel is in Asakusa with a lot of food and shops around. Take only 10 minutes to Asakusa subway. Room ( triple room ) is small but comfortable. Room ( 10 floor ) is very clean and good view of Sensoji temple. View in front of the hotel is Tokyo Skytree. This hotel is very
value for money. The best of the hotel is location.

Good location, walking distance from a direct train link to NRT airport, things to see locally and access to transport system.
Rooms were fine, beds comfortable, but bathrooms were a bit small.
Breakfast was good and plentiful, if you like Japanese style breakfast but worth it, even if you have couple of coffees or more.
I would use it again

Nice little hotel in good location in...
Nice little hotel in good location in historic (but quiet) Asakusa right next to Senso-ji. It was a bit hard to find from subway station but I got directions from nearby tourist office. Stayed in single room, it was tiny of course but very clean, with all usual amenities. Room was quiet except for weird-sounding aircon unit (but no sleep lost).
Vending machines on most floors deliver beer, water, even food at all hours. Free internet but weirdly you have to ask for the cable at front desk.
Front desk staff were a little cold but the restaurant ladies are lovely. Overall it was very comfortable and excellent value.

I was there 24.07.09..(singleroom)very modern, small room but it suited me perfectly for a budget traveller. Staff very friendly except broken english. Had to pay 1000YN for english channel everyday as all other channels were in Japanese. Breakfast buffet was good, they had their usual Japnese food also with a few Western food etc Pancakes eggs sausages. Ginza/Asakusa Subwaystation within walking distance(8-10mn walk). Senso-Ji temple right behind the hotel. Convenient stores within walking distance too. Will definitely stay there again it was perfect.
Is my second time in this hotel....
Is my second time in this hotel. My choice is because the hotel's location is good and offering a reasonable value for cost. The Blue Wave Inn Asakusa is located next to famous Sensoji Temple. Is an interesting area, easy to explore walking, with lots of inexpensive local restaurants and shops. Hotel is a 5 min. walking distance from Asakusa Metro Station (Ginza Line). For those that come from Narita Airport, reach the Hotel is really easy. By Skyliner Keisei Line, just stopping at Asakusa Station, only changing at Aoto Station.
Room was reasonable sized and very clean, with all amenities, ethernet cable for internet access included. PC for free Internet use were not available in lounge. Staff was gentle, helpful, and also english speaking. Breakfast is not included, but for 1050 yen Hotel provided a large selection of japanese and western food and very good quality. In other words, if you want, Breakfast may become a meal. Anyway, if you are not interested at optional Breakfast, there are Konbini (Convenient Stores) just 3 min. walking. As I told, Asakusa Station is a location very convenient to transport: Keisei Line from/to Narita Airport, Tobu Line for go to Nikko, Subway, and also ferry/boat) for Sumidagawa river cruise in the Tokyo Bay.
I'm very satisfied of Blue Wave Inn Asakusa and definitely I want to stay here again when I will come in Tokyo again. Recommended.

The rooms as expected were on the small side but were well appointed, clean and perfectly adequate. Service was good and reception staff were polite and helpful although communication in English was limited.
