Excellent location as it is near the...

Excellent location as it is near the Shinjuku station and many shopping places. Great food nearby too, which open until late so you don't have to worry about food. Got a great night's sleep and the hotel's breakfast was superb.

Shinjuku Prince never fails to dissapoint. This is the fifth time I am staying in Shinjuku Prince and I have always chosen it for its perfect location (right in the centre of Shinjuku), affordable price, clean and comfortable rooms. I have stayed in other hotels in Shinjuku and none of them can match up to Shinjuku Prince. I will definitely stay in Shinjuku Prince again in my next trip to Tokyo!

I choose this hotel based on location....

I choose this hotel based on location. Is only few minutes walk to station as compare to other hotel. Secondly, the room is clean. Though small, but good enough for me. The only disadvantage is that you have to drag your luggage to the station since hotel do not provide any airport bus. But luckily, it is only a 15 min walk when having a big luggage. The hotel staff speaks reasonable English and I am impressed by one of the male staff who provide heater when we mentioned that our room is too cold due to cold weather outside.

clean rooms but far too small for...

clean rooms but far too small for international travellers. the internet was very slow and to phone home and talk to family was near impossible unless you were prepared to pay a fortune. and if there was a cheap way to phone home there certainly wasn't information on how to do so. in general, for and advanced country in which they are so advanced in electronics and gadgets, tele communication was very, very poor.
