Very nice, clean and friendly hotel. Staff were very gracious and accommodating. Despite apparently not having any notice of my booking, they dealt with the situation well and upgraded my room for the inconvenience caused by the delay in checking-in. I was very happy with my stay and would use this hotel again without any hesitation!
Nice hotel, with very friendly employees. The room was a bit small but nice and clean. Some of the employees speak english (this is not commen in Tokyo). Don't go to the hotel if you want a nice view! But for a good place to sleep and a good breakfast this hotel is a perfect place to stay and visit Tokyo.
I had expected the room to be small and I was not diappointed. The carpet was filthy dirty. The walls were dirty too. A couple of days is the max one should stay here. The bar was never open. Very central location.
Quite a good hotel to stay at. A little difficult to find but nonetheless a convenient location. Staff speak limited english, if at all. Rooms were very small and a bit squashy, but we were only there for 2 nights so didn't really bother us that much. Overall, not a bad place to stay at, especially if you're on a budget, but next time I would probably stay elsewhere.
For the location It is good. Less expensive than some of the other hotels in the general area. The staff was knowledgeable of the area and extremely helpful overall especially when we needed directions. The room we received seemed smaller than the one on the website photo and even kind of small for a room in Japan. Although it was small it was cozy and very clean. The temperature and overhead lights could be controlled with a console right next to the bed. The bathroom was immaculate and it was really nice having the soap and shampoo dispenser instead of fiddling with tiny bottles and bars. Overall it was nice and if I had to visit the area once more I would stay there again.
The room was basic but very small. The staff were friendly but the foyer of the hotel was full of smokers and this drifted into the dining room. It was okay as a quick stopover but wouldn't recommend alonger stay here.
The room was very small and I could hardly place my Samsonite luggage. However, it is very near to the subway station and the staff were very helpful. They even accomodate to change our rooms to a non smoking one. Enquiries on places to go and booking of tours were all very well attended to. On the last day, 2 lady staff helped us onto our taxi and bidded us farewell - very kind gestures.
