Smack in Shibuya
Great location to explore Shibuya and access the rest of Tokyo as I have always stayed in Shinjuku area. In addition, its near my favorite Omote Sando area and is within walking distance, around 10 minutes by foot. To Harajuku, its 20 minutes by foot.
The area is surrounded by good restaurants, shopping, etc.
Hotel-wise pleasant and polite staff, rooms were decent and the usual small and compact size. I would stay there again for the location.

Very small room, but all the rest was excellent. Quiet and clean room, and very well situated in Shibuya. 5 min. walk from metro and surrounded by hundreds of shops and restaurants.
Convenient Location
The hotel was close to the station, a 7-10 minute walk. It is close to several restaurants and shopping malls. The room was small, but clean. I did hear the outside wind from the window, and even when it was closed we could still hear it. This is a good place for 1-2 nights and a decent option for traveling in the western Tokyo area. For 12,000 yen, it was a pretty good deal.

We are french and we stayed 3x2 days there.
The staff were very very sympathic and friendly and we noticed they were accommodating and serious, despite we came without reservation.
By the way, they seem to talk a pretty good english, much much better than mine.
One particular day we came 6pm instead of 3pm : the staffgirl hadn't any reservation or payment, but our baggages were kept, set in our room, and the nice girl accepted a last minute change of 2 nights instead of 3, without any comment, just a smile as usual.

It really was a great location, easy to find and close to the local highlights. The price was right on the money for a mid-budget range holiday and I will be back.
