first trip to japan
the hotel has good level access all services are provided, but if you want a larger hotel with lounge and full restaurant facility this is not for you. the location has great access to a rail facility and j r connections. Easy use hotel with 24 hour staff reception. We had three rooms booked and two were smoking rooms but they did try to remove the odour. The staff were extra polite and would assist where possible. We found good local cafes and places to eat. For our first trip to Japan we were lucky to hit all our needs of travel and room type, good hotel and reasonable price for Tokyo.

Location is not bad. walking distance to JR Bakurocho station (two station away from JR Tokyo station) and Subway Asakusa-bashi station.
Room is small. If you are ok with small room just for sleeping, Its fine.
Customer service cannot speak English well but they understand what we are talking about.

We stayed at Nihonbashi Villa in April and we decided to stay there again in December because we really liked this hotel. You can reach the metro station in 5 minutes. This is the Chuo Sobu Line: one stop to Akihabara and Yamanote line.
The room is very small but confortable and clean. The staff was always kind and polite.

Room was clean and pleasant, but tiny, even by Japanese standards. We requested a non-smoking room, and had no trouble whatsoever, not even a hint of cigarette smoke anywhere. Very conveniently located.
Does what it says on the tin
Does what it says on the tin - decent hotel, central location, decent price. Perfect place for somewhere central to rest your head while exploring the city on a short break.

2. Decent room facilities (Broadband connection, kettle, fridge, TV)
3. Non smoking room doesn't smell bad.

Nice hotel
This hotel is very close to Asakusabashi station. It is convenient. I have stay only one night but i think its really good. One station to Akiba which is really good for me. Only one thing is there is no convenience store around. I have to walk for about 15mins to get food and drink at night.
Value for money
Stayed here during the first half of our vacation week. The location was good, strategically within walking distance to Asakusabashi station (JR lines) and other major subway lines. There's a small police hut nearby the hotel giving us a sense of security.
The room was pleasant, clean and typical for Japan's standard. However, the room smelled of smoke, which was quite strong. This spoil our mood the moment we opened the door and stepped into the room.
The room given to us was newly renovated, with nice ID and they have put up wall table which give the room a little more space to walk about.
