Very conveniently located only 5 min walking from the metro station. The interior decoration is very good and modern and the bathroom is very confortable. The breakfast included was ok. We had a good impression despite the size of the room that follows japanese standards and the noise from the motorway.

The Hotel is great. The Roppongi area is not the best we experienced in Tokyo. Although it was close to Gonpachi !!, and close to the Roppongi Hills and the Tokyo Tower, that wouldn't be enough to have me go back to that area. But if you want Roppongi, this is your place.

Though the room is small, the hotel is very clean with a good sized bathroom. I even got a view of the Tokyo Tower from my window!
The service was satisfactory. Basically the staff were helpful and had pretty good English and were able to give me the information I needed.
The only thing I think the hotel needs improving is their breakfast menu. For the room price (which is not too cheap BTW), a more decent breakfast with simple hot food such as ham/sausages and scramble eggs and a good cup of coffee should be offered. And don't use paper cups for us to drink our tea and coffe please.
The location is fantastic for exploring Roppingi. The metro station is very near for other places too.

Despite small in size (as many Japanese hotel rooms usually are), the rooms are clean and bright. Staffs speak English well. The location is great as it is very close to underground station and there are plenty choices of restaurants and places to go out.The only thing the hotel can improve is the breakfast buffet selection.

Chic hotel with chic concept. Take Exit...
Chic hotel with chic concept. Take Exit 3 from the Roppongi subway station, make a right turn as soon as you exit, cross the major street - and there it is, The "B". If you are taking the Limo Bus service to & from the Narita Airport, take the Ritz-Carlton drop off - only 5 min walk from The B. Roppongi is a restaurant area - galore. I stayed in a single room - spacious bathroom, FREE Internet, small fridge (not a minibar), tea kettle, cute slippers & bathrobe. Perfect hotel for a light traveller. Will definitely stay here again. The Good Things about Hotel
1.Very central - 3 minute walk to Roppongi Hills with its huge array of shops and restaurants where English is spoken everywhere.Also very close to Submay/Underground.
2.Room was spotless- very tidy as was the rest of the hotel.
3.Although reception staff were not entirely fluent in English we were able to get essential info from them. They were very polite and helpful particularly in reconfiguring new camera from Japanese to English.
4.Although there was no drinks in the fridge there were well stocked dispensers on 3rd and 6th floors.
5.Air Conditioning was very effective and helped me to sleep despite the heat at night.
Areas for Improvement
1.The hotel was very rigid regarding checking in. We arrived in Tokyo from Narita International Airport at 9.30am and had to wait until 3PM before checking in.We were allowed to leave our luggage with Hotel however.
2.Location map on the website in Japanese showing exact location of the hotel would be a good idea. It took our taxi driver several minutes to locate hotel even though we were dropped off by limousine bus less than a mile from the hotel.
3.Breakfast was very unimaginative and limited and seems to cater for the local guests. A better range of cereals (there was only cornflakes available)would be good as well as some fruit, cheese and marmalade.
4. Room was on the small size with little room to hang up clothes and put away other items. This appears to be the norm except for 5+ star hotels.
Overall Assessment
Despite the shortcomings mentioned above we are happy to recommend this hotel, given its central location,helpful and polite reception staff and very reasonable cost of accommodation. If the breakfast menu could be improved the rating would probably be 4.5/5.
PS - Although double glazed windows do a good job a reducing traffic noise (there is an expressway outside), I would recommend asking for a room at the back of the hotel.

I did enjoy this hotel for its location and the small room was adequate for a room in Tokyo however the hotel staff did not speak any english so could not answer any questions for me nor help me with anything in regards to tourism in Tokyo.
