This is a great little hotel in the middle of the fun Akasaka district. It's spotlessly clean, modern, and the staff are very polite and helpful (although some have very little English language skill).
The rooms are small, as you would expect from Tokyo, and mostly consist of twins rather than doubles - so avoid this hotel for romantic getaways! However, they're not excessively cramped. The bathrooms are frosted-glass partitions, so you'd need to know someone pretty well if you're sharing a room with them. However, the facilities are all excellent - good showers, all the usual accoutrements, and nice towels.
All rooms have free Internet access and a kettle, with a few complimentary teabags provided. Free coffee is available in the foyer, but the machine was broken when I visited.
In summary, this is a perfectly decent hotel, and I'd be quite happy to go back and stay there again.
