I booked Superior Room (2 Adult & 1 Child) for 4 nights, Breakfast included (as written in confirmation receipt).
It surprised me that, the hotel staff who served our check in requested me to pay additional 1600 YEN (400 YEN for each day) for child breakfast. I told the guy that it was included for three peoples as per my booking with Asiarooms. He keep asking me to pay, since he claimed that breakfast only for two peoples, even though it was clearly written in Asiarooms confirmation booking summary (booking no 11641240AR).
After tired of arguing, he then agreed with me that I don't have to pay additional cost for child breakfast. Actually, it not the matter of how much the cost are, it matter of booking confirmation agreement that all included for three persons.
What a bad luck, the breakfast is too simple. Will not come here again.
