What more can I say? It's the Hilton! Personally I like to stay in a not-so-popular hotel. But if you want to guarantee a good stay and great service, Hilton will deliver!
Inconvenient Charges
It's 2011 (at the time of this writing) but they charge US$20 per night for internet! They have public computers in the lobby but you still have to pay over $1 for just 15 minutes. This is a 4-5 star hotel, yet even every 2 star hotel I stayed in on my trip (that cost 1/5 the price) had free internet in the rooms. In addition, many hotels had buses/shuttles to the hotel. However, since this is an "official" Disney hotel, you have to take the monorail, which costs more money. Then, you wait for a shuttle that drives you across the street. Upon realizing this, we just walked the next day and beat the shuttle to the station. There were so many pointless expenses, so my great deal turned out to be just as expensive as a normal good hotel.
The good points were that the staff were really nice, and the food was great and its price was included (finally). You can choose breakfast or lunch, and we did lunch. It was an Asian buffet and everything was wonderful. They had a Disney ticket vendor, convenience store, and shop within the hotel. There were many nice things, but the lack of simple things turned me off to going here again.

We booked a triple family room. Spacious with double beds and not the rollaway kind. Pillows were a little too soft for my personal taste, but we had two pillows to every bed, so it wasn't so bad. Wish the bathroom could be a little larger, but by Japanese standards it would be considered a comfortable size. Our room overlooked the Tokyo Bay and the pool below. Lovely. We had a special rate going for the winter so it is value for money but can't say for other times of the year. The room is kept spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and spoke English well enough. Would definitely stay there again to be close to the 2 Disneys.
Enjoyable time at Disney
We wanted to stay near Disney and chose Hilton Tokyo Bay since it is one of the partner hotels. It was so convenient. The bus from Narita took us straight to the hotel. During the weekend the Disney buses can take you to the parks. On weekdays, you can just take the Disney Resort Line from Bayside Station which is just across the road from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was good too, they had a separate spread for the children.
There's a nice Disney Store at the hotel. The convenient store at the hotel sells nice packed food, we were all hungry coming back from the parks after the fireworks!
All in all, it was a great trip.
