Small Rooms, Good Price
The room was tiny seen as there were 4 of us, but this it to be expected in Japan. The buffet breakfast was good and the hotel is only 1 minute walk from Awaza subway station.
Hotel near train station
Chosen this hotel for convenience as it is near the train station. Hotel quality is roughly what the price paid for -- low price range - cannot asked for more. Hotel staff are friendly

I really think this is good value for money. the room is very clean. It is the smallest hotelroom I've ever seen in my life!
the crew don't speak english. place is easy to find if you follow instructions from the hotel website. unfortunately you have to pay for the tv, and after you turn the tv on, you will be disappointed because they only have japanese channels!

Stay in Tokyo
Found this hotel on AsiaRooms and compared to other hotels it was surprisingly cheap, so I wasn't expecting much.
I have to say though that the hotel was really nice. Friendly staff, although they did not really understand english that well. The room itself was a reasonable size for the price and very comfortable and quiet with fresh towels everyday and only about a 10 min walk to the nearest metro station. It also had free high speed internet in the rooms. I would happily stay here again.

Stayed there the night before I left...
Stayed there the night before I left Japan - I just needed a cheap place where I can spend one night..so this was ok. Room was super small (the smallest I stayed in Japan), Hotel is rather old but the room was clean - so far so good but I wouldn't have spent there more than one night.

Maybe this is Tokyo. Only a place this distance from any metro station may command this room rate. As it is, it is still the cheapest I ever saw.
