First Time in Tokyo
Good value for money, customer service is very good. The rooms are quite small, but they are clean and comfortable enough. It is surprising that such a large hotel with 5 restaurants does not offer room service, also as I don't speak Japanese I found it a bit difficult to communicate with most of the staff. The hotel is close to shops and many restaurants. I would stay here again.
