Adequate
Had a nice friendly stay at the Best Western in Shinjuku. I already knew the area and have never had a problem. The location for convenience to the Shinjuku Station, Shopping, restaurants served all my needs. The breakfast was good and there was a selection of items to choose from. I have stayed in small rooms before and the sleeping for the single was small. The bathroom was clean and more than adequate. The staff was friendly and helpful for being a small hotel. The hotel blends into the rest of the street it is on and the streets are similar, so pick a land mark and you will not have a problem finding it when returning after a walk about town.

Cheap price, accept cards, just near shinjuku railway stn, so easy to get to and from airport bus. Edges onto red light district. Easy access to everywhere.

Hotel is quite close to Shinjuku station. But to get there is a bit of confusion upon arrival, because locals there have problem communicating in English with us to guide us to the hotel.

Hotel was very modern. Room size was good and staff were excellent. Hotel is located in Tokyo's red light district so i would only recommend it for younger singles or couples. Train station access is very close, and there's plenty of good shopping and eatery's around the hotel.

Great hotel to stay at in Shinjuku, location is great although you have to come out the correct train station exit (East exit) otherwise it is a long walk to the hotel if you come out from a different exit. The facilities are great and the rooms are clean, however, the room size is very small but this is typical of most accommodation in Japan. The staff can speak English and are very courteous and polite. Overall, a very good hotel and quite affordable.
