Great hotel for singles and couples visiting Tokyo
I have nothing but high praises for this hotel. The smoking is fully under control, and I had a room that was fully smoke-smelling-free. There was a little strange smell at the entrance into my room, but the rest of the room didn't have that. Everyone who worked there were extremely professional. When I entered the lobby on my first day, they already knew who I was. The free breakfast is fantastic! The breakfast is a combination of western and Japanese. The single room is probably too small for most people, but it was fine for me. There weren't any drawers for my belongings, so I had to leave them in my suitcase, and place the suitcase in the closet. The location is fine - about a 7-minute walk to Aoyama Twins where the Tokyo Metro station is located. But, if you have a lot of luggage, the walk may be too much. The area is very quiet, but expect some construction next door to continue through November 2011. The lobby offers free bottles of water - all you can handle! The Internet access is wired-only in the rooms; suggest bringing a longer and better quality cat-5 cable for your laptop. The restaurants within a 5-minute walk are great - CoCo Curry House, Family Mart, and about a dozen other quick to fine dining locations. This will be my choice of hotel to stay at each and every time I visit Tokyo!
