The room is overexpected. It is very beautiful with the wonderful scenary of Yamashita Park. Very convenience for sightseeing the town. The service is excellence.

The hotel was located right on the water front offering spectacular views across the bay.Unfortunately our room was at the back of the hotel. We arrived by water bus which took 20 minutes but the under ground staion was 5 minutes away and it was a 10 ride to Yokohama main station.It was a 5 minute walk to the busy china town area where extensive cuisine was available for all budgets. The hotel was very clean, all staff spoke English and were very welcoming. The rooms were a good size and all facilities were available, if not in the room from reception. The hotel was in a great location to explore the city and transport links were excellent. Shopping nearby was also very good.I would definately recomend this Hotel to a friend and would book again if in Yokohama.

My fiancee' and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was very pleasant and they made our stay very memorable. Also, the location was perfect because you had in walking distance the largest China Town in Japan and also the world's largerst Ferris Wheel in Sakuragicho. You have to expierience this. I recommend this hotel for all.

Your hotel was great; I was on a tight budget and had to come to your country on personal reasons. I looked around on the internet for different hotels within budget and yours was by far best. Your hotel was brilliant and if I ever do have to come again it would be there I come.

This is the best hotel ( a real western one) in Japan that my family have stayed so far. Everything was perfect from the prompt & efficient check in, checking out and not to mention the wonderful seaview room that they gave us. Nothing was wrong with inside the room except that the extra bed was a bit too short for our teenage son. He loved the comfortable room so much that he was asking us to extend our stay at the hotel which was something we wished we could do but cant due to work commitments.
They really provide 5 star hotel services which was something out of our expectation. The front office staff were so friendly with my son's enquires in english on the location to a certain place. They even printed out the info in english for us, and all the while doing it with a smile on their face.
My family will definitely come back to this hotel again if we are ever in Yokohama. We had a wonderful stay with good memories.

The room was spacious with every attention to detail. One of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our holiday. Location excellent - staff lovely.
