Lovely smart apt-hotel gives very comfortable and modern base, if noisey at night - but we sleep through it no problem. Spotless and very welcoming/helpful staff, good breakfast. .Central to down town Amman, at the end of Rainbow street - near books@cafe- on posh Jebel Amman. Opposite a range of cafes, restaurants, 'gastropubs' and takeaways. Good traditional felafel shop back down Rainbow St towards 1st Circle, on same side of road. very close to lovely Jordan River designs.
As Jebel Amman is posh & Christian, may give some a false sense of Amman or Jordanian dress code - shorts/ vests etc win you little respect elsewhere in Amman or Jordan.
Walking distance (down long flights of stairs) to souks, cheaper cafes/ juice bars and Roman theatre.
