Need customer service improvement
Booked based on viewing their web site. Several things promised in their web site, such as tea/coffee making facility, internet etc. None of these were available. Made several requests to make these things available. No response received. Continental Breakfast (that's what they call it) was of very poor quality, nothing other than bread and juice on the table.
Need improvement on reponse to customer requests, quality of service.

Having had problems where my husband could not join me due to unfortunate circumstances, the staff were most unhelpful, unavailable, rude. The pillows had no pillow covers and the washroom floor were rusted and unclean. I would not recommend Arinza towers to anybody that I know.
