Mediocre Hotel
The Rama staff were pleasant, helpful and willing to the greatest extent they could be, but their English was extremely limited (except for the Manager, who was not always there), and their knowledge and understanding was extremely limited. The room itself was adequate, but the mattress was so hard I cold not sleep on it. It was the worst mattress in a very long time. The shower was not satisfactory as there was only a very small trickle of warm water coming through then it would suddenly finish before I was finished. The toilet had 8 or 9 very large, permanent, brown stains in the bowl which obviously won't come off, and put one off.
The location was good and it is handy to many tourist attractions and easy to walk around.
The hotel is indicated with 3 stars, but is really only 2 stars, as it does not compare in any way with other 3-star hotels at which I have stayed.
