convinient location...
OK, except for Internet usage problem
we enjoyed our stay as the room was clean and it was well supplied as expected with a coffee maker, complimentary bottle of water , toiletries etc.
However, their policy regarding free internet usage is confusing. When checking in, I was told that we would have to pay. When checking my keyholder, it stated there was free internet. When we headed to the computer terminals, it also stated that internet was free, albeit for a limited time.
In the end, I did use the Internet for free for a while. Please educate the staff at check in regarding this!

The Metropark was just what everyone could never complain about anything.
Not a good place to stay
The room and service is OK but not good for business person because they do not have wi-fi or internet in the room. I do not recommend to stay here. You can find better hotel at information desk in the Macau Ferry that I found out when I left.
Surcharge
Beware of the fact that if you use your credit card, the hotel will impose you 3 % surchage to your total. I didn't see this rule when I booked my room. I could have brought my travel check, so I can pay them in cash to avoid the surcharge. This is my only complaint. Hotel is quiet, pretty comfortable, close to everything, and free internet in the lobby.

Stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is recommended for budget travellers. Staff not very fluent in English. Rooms & bathroom were clean. Next stay in Macau will definitely be the Ventian.

Loved this place! Perfect location and by far the cheapest place in Macau! Would return here any day. The rooms are very big and clean. In a great location for the bus and to many casions and restaurants. The free shuttle bus from the ferry terminal is very convenient!

We stayed here for 2 nights and...
We stayed here for 2 nights and I didn't encounter any hassle at all. It was good that the receptionists at the hotel lobby knows how to speak English, at least.
The bathroom has its own comb, shampoo, toothbrush, soap, shower gel, etc. It has a blower, weighing scale as well. Towels are changed everyday.
