Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant from the time we checked and out. The hotel was very much quiet and really a place to rest after a days walk. No casino within the hotel was exactly what we wanted so we were always quiet and far from any temptation to gamble. Facilities like sauna, heated pool, massage were readily available. Breakfast was great too!!! When you go to macau try Hotel Grandeur!!!!

Was there in Nov 2005 for 3 nites. Good central location with bus terminals around hotel for convenience transportation. Lobby a little too small and "chinese". But service staff was friendly and helpful. The smallish gym was a disappointment though. There was only a multi-purpose machine and no treadmill mill.

The picture looks better than the actual....
The picture looks better than the actual. The location is good, but the Grandeur hotel looks so small. It operates like Chinese hotel in the mainland. The guest room is not very clean. We decided to check out early as we don't feel comfortable in the room. In short, I will not go back again

Good location. Didn't find out until after we arrived that we could have gotten picked up at the ferry terminal. Would recommend to a friend.
