Pleasant Stay
Having a pleasant stay in this Hotel. Room was excellent for the money I paid although the shuttle service is in intervals of 30 minutes, however, with the compliment of other shuttle services from nearby hotels. It was awesome to travel around within Macau's attractions. Definitely will come back again. See you Macau.

Read some reviews saying the hotel was somewhat outdated. I found the hotel and room in great shape. It was also a good value for the money and a short walk to main attractions. No WiFi unfortunately but it was often easy to use the lobby internet. The staff was very helpful, especially helping me deal with the airline which lost my luggage and sent it to me days later.

Metropark
Check-in was fast, so was the check-out.
Reception was pretty helpful and even advised us to use MOP currency whenever possible so as not to lose out on the exchange rate when using HKD, coz most people will return the change in MOP if you use HKD.
Location is good. Close to Lisboa.
Room is pretty big on a non-smoking floor.

Great hotel to stay. Very near to Heritage Places and major casinos which provide shuttle buses to other casinos and places of interest. Has free shuttle service to and fro from the Macau jetty.

Not value for money
The stay in hotel was strictly ok.
The hotel does not have shuttle service from the ferry terminal which is a disadvantage.
The room are just ok, nothing to brag about.
The view of the rooms are also bad, our overlooked a shabby building in front.
rooms also dont have wifi service.
I wouldnt stay in this hotel again and also wont recommend this hotel to any one.

Generally a good place to stay
Have no complaints about this hotel except that the frontline staff do not really understand even basic English. The bell boy or even the manager dont even bother to hail a taxi for us when we stuggle to flag down a cab and we had 3 large luggage. He just stood there and watch us.
No complains on the room but the TV reception sucks! Most of the "better" channels especially those English channel were quite bad in reception.
No free WiFi for a 4-star hotel is definitely where is should improve.

homely hotel
Most times when we are in Macau, the first Hotel we think of is Metropark Macau. We are so familiar around that area. The Bellboys remembered us, " Oh you are back, nice to see you again!" So convenient to many casinos.......Lisboa,Wynns, mgm and........Most important safety.
Thank you Asiarooms for negotiating reasonable hotel rates at Metropark Macau. Would be nice if Breakfast can be included like before.

suitable for budget traveller
The hotel room is ok except they do not include free breakfast for the guests. On top of that, the minibar comes with only Chinese tea and don't even have coffee provided. When I check with the staff, they told me only those expensive rooms comes with coffee.
The Pros is If you wanted to go to Galaxy Hotel Macau or Venantian Hotel u could take the free shuttle bus from starworld casino hotel or from the airport, it be a bonus if there's direct free shutlle to our hotel.
The rest of the casinos are within walking distance from the hotel. Another thing is that this hotel provides free shuttle to the Ferry Terminal if those peoples wanted to take the ferry to Hong Kong but ferry ticket charges applies.
Lastly, the hotel's internet is not totally free for the guest, it only allows guests to use for 30 mins instead of 24 hours as what they have reflected in the website.
