No free Internet for executive rooms!
I had book executive room showing have free Internet in executive lounge, but when asking for log in, they say need to pay! Little bit like cheating! Overall, satified, only the blanket got smoking smell, make me feel uncomfortable to sleep since I'm very sensitive to such smell! Aileen very helpful to get us double bed, it would add point for friendliness!
No Free Wifi available either at the lobby or inside the room...

Elaine on executive floor was outstanding
We booked the executive room on the 20th floor , nice enough room , spacious and clean , check in was done on the 20th floor and was very quick and simple , i was pleased to see a young girl who had a nice friendly smile and a polite manner , she certainly deserves a mention , Elaine , a very helpfull and cheerfull employee , i would certainly stay there again.

Good no frills 3 stars and located within walking distance to many sights and casinos.

More than a 3 star hotel
The hotel looks very new cos it just renovated! The room is better than the one I stay at HK 5 star hotel.
Single/super single can sleep 1 adult (female) n a kid! I ask for extra bed since I have 3 adults and 1 kid in a room.
Walking distance to Starworld, MGM & Wynn hotel. Please get the name of hotels, road, attractions in Mandarin/ cantonese cos people there cannot speak english very well.

The hotel website indicates that it is 10 min walk away from the ferry terminal. However, it should be 10 min drive away. It will take at least 30 min to walk if you are unfamiliar with the route. Overall, my family and I had good experience staying in this hotel.

Very good location in Macau City. Rooms are clean, newly renovated. A highly recommended hotel for budget travel.
Came after staying 3 days in Hong...
Came after staying 3 days in Hong Kong, so the room seems big by comparison. The conceirge were helpful and they gave good recommendation of a day tour which we booked through them. The tour, just like the price we paid for room in Emperor, was good value for money.
Attitude of the front reception staff was a little indifferent in the beginning and we soon realised it was more of langauge issue as when we revert to cantonese they communicated more forthcomingly and were more helpful.
Surprisingly, when we need to change RMB to HK$, the hotel offerred a better exchange rate than the near bank as well as money changer.
The only grouse is the lack of facility.
