superb experience at holiday inn, macau
we found the hotel very pleasant, staff very professional and accommodating as well. location is also a big plus. shuttle service is perfect and the room is very clean .
Comfortable stay
I was very happy with their services as they were really friendly and helpful. That was a small issue during my check in to the hotel as they have reserved only 1 queen bed for me. But i have requested 2 beds upon my online reservation. They felt very sorry about that mistake and given me a free upgrade to the deluxe room. I was very happy and sastified with their arrangement. The room was very clean, well kept and comfortable. My kids and myself had a wonderful night stayed in Holiday Inn Hotel.

Great Location.
Enjoy our 4 nights stay. Concierge are very friendly and helpful. The room is big with big beds and comfortable beddings. The hotel location is certainly a plus. You can visit many places on foot. Bus-stops opposite the hotel is less than 200m away. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the Macau Ferry Terminal whereby one can hop onto any other shuttles to casinos of your choice.
Will not hesitate to stay @ Holiday Inn on our next visit.

Hotel is located with access to local shops at its doorsteps unlike Venetian hotel which is a up-class and expensive shopping place and customers hv to walk further out to visit the local shops.Negative points are this hotel does not have its own free shuttle bus pick up booth at the Macau ferry pick up point.One have to look out for the free shuttle bus when it arrive at the ferry point. It also does not have free shuttle bus to Macau-Zhuhai ferry point unlike Wynn Hotel.However Holiday Inn customers can walk abt 7 mins to Whynn Hotel for this complimentry bus service.
It was hard to sleepin in the mornings as there was regular banging and vacum cleaner noise.Many areas in the hotel stunk of cigarette smoke which for us from Australia we havent had exposure to this for many years!The relaxing couches on the ground level foyer were worn out with filthy black armrests,no good if you sat in them in clean clothes.The couches needed to be thrown out or given to the poor!Holiday Inn claims the award for best mid priced hotel for the last 3 years,I would hate to see the cheap hotels!!!

friendly n helpful staffs with a smiling faces, took less than 1o min to check in ,provided a safe and cosy room , room was very clean and spacious
U can get a better hotel at this price
The staff was cold & the rrom was very old & dirty, Will never visit again if offered for free also
