Pool was great and could easily spend a few hours there.
Very Happy with Asia Rooms
Got a huge price break using Asia Rooms. Reservations were super-efficient. Loved the hotel, especially location right next to Sands and quality of restaurants. Employee service attitude also fabulous. Contrary to rumors, Mandarin will continue to manage for ten more years.
Concierge especially knowledgeable and helpful.
Breakfast buffet a big winner. Ty the Thai restaurant for dinner.
Loved the feel of the lobby.
Some rooms a tad tired but all will get renovated in 2011.

Room is rather outdated and old fashioned, however comfortable and spotless clean. However the excellent staff made us very welcomed (transport, checkin/out, lounge) and the location is , when you want to be downtown very convenient. Also to mention the beautiful setting of the spa at reasonable prices.

My boyfriend and I were very much impressed by the service at Mandarin Oriental Macau. Service was warm, personal and sincere. With the sweet misunderstanding we were honeymooners, hotel staff presented us with complimentary red wine and some snacks for tasting. The guest relation officier, Ms Alison Xu, took our picture which was then printed on a card for us to keepsake. Two thumbs up!!!

Apart from a requirement to modernise the decor of the room we stayed in, the service, amenities and facilities in the hotel were excellent.
Its a wonderful place for a family...
Its a wonderful place for a family stay,however I was a little disappointed at the room's we had...I didnt think they where a 5 star standard?! the service was definatley 5 star,the restaurants lovely,and the breakfast buffet rates a 6.
the hotel design is preety old but...
the hotel design is preety old but the room size was good and the bad was really comftrable. the main thing in this hotel is the "resort"- large pool with jackozy and water slide, that is what upgrades this hotel. other than that the hotel is very regular so not much value for the large amount of money.

Room is not big but good enough for me. Very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent, only need about 1 min to walk to Sands casino. It's only about 5 mins away from Ferry Terminal and about 15 mins away from the China border by car.
