Enjoyed our time. We waited almost an hour for the free shuttle, not very visual considering the amount of other hotels around.

i was upgraded to a jacuzzy suite because they have no more non smoking rooms
everything was good, nice swimming indoor pool but the sauna was not free
the location of the hotel is convenient but a little far from the center, but the hotel provide free bus shuttle
there is only one but important negative thing i had to say :
when i arrive i have found a COCKROACH in the bathroom ....
for a 5 star hotel and such a ritz hotel it is very surprising

Staff in Amigo restaurant rude and bully customers into more expensive meal options, and food awful. Room ok but not remarkable, a bit shabby for the class it purports itself to be. Check-in clerk was nice and helpful- just stay out of the restaurant and don't pay 4 star rates for this 3 star hotel.

The Ritz Hotel Macau is a very fine hotel. The location is very good: with good views of the sea, within walking distance of the city center but in a quiter area right below the Bishop's Palace. The staff is friendly. Based on its amenities (e.g., one single bar, 2 OK restaurants, etc.) we would place this hotel in a 4-star category rather than it's official 5 stars. Still, we definitely recommend it.

Good location , good view (at least from our floor) , The gym and the pool are foc , that's nice . The sauna is very expensive ! Bell boys are very friendly , the check out is a bit long , the shuttle every 30 minutes is magic . I shall come back and recommend this place .

The Ritz is in a quiet area of Macau - within walking distance of the city centre. The best views are from the 3rd and 4th floors, and our Seaview room had a balcony and a view over the bay. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful in providing maps and the hotel shuttle bus will drop you in the city. A pleasant hotel for a short break.
