Nice Hotel
I stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Very clean & good location. Staff is friendly. But some staffs on desk speak poor English. Really I can't understand she spoke. A wholesale Mark opposite this hotel sell all kind of items including food, fruit, beverage, wine, chinese cookie etc. in very reasonable price. Also you can go to Galaxy hotel, Venetian hotel by foot. Just 15 minute.

We had a very pleasant stay in which all our requests were processed very quickly and thoroughly.
The hotel has a great location and even a bus transfer to Macau Island which reaches it in less than 15 minutes.

Comfortable room
Big, clean and comfortable room with reasonable price. Free transport to ferry point is excellent.

The hotel is a very good one with spacious, clean and quite rooms, would recommend it any time.
The hotel is a bit outside the top area but that does not matter at all since they have a shuttle service from the ferry and taxis are very cheap.

I stay here for one night with my wife n 2 children, the room is good enough n clean. the staff is very helpful. there is supermarket back of the hotel building that sells any kind of wine & whisky n the price is very cheap. Casino at hotel is too small, next to the hotel is bigger. overall is ok.

Surprising
Have to give them credit, we were not expecting much but we got the junior suite and the size, cleanliness, quality of the bed and pillows was pretty good. Not much there for families, but in fairness, Macau is not for families anyway. Central location for Cotai casinos and the original strip, so decent value for money. But what is it with checking into hotels in places like Macau and China? Why does it have to take so long??
