I am pleased with my stay at the hotel. The staff there were very helpful and courteous.

Great hotel. Most of the staff are Filipino, which is almost a guarantee of freindly service.
It's a 15 minute walk to the main casino area, which I quite enjoyed each day as it means I saw a bit more of Macau.
Thursdays through Sunday (I seem to remember), the basement hosts the MP4 disco (just google "mp4 macau") so you can go clubbing without leaving the hotel.
Value for money hotel with all modern...
Value for money hotel with all modern amenities. The location is not great as it is far from the casinos but it is still walking distance. Taxis are available easily.
No casino in the hotel but that is compensated by a disco in the hotel premises (MP4). Had a great time there.
Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone with a tight budget and who need modern facilities without going overboard.

But too bad, I do not think the location is perfect and gettg a cab there is sometimes quite difficult.

I enjoyed my stay at at Royal Macau as the staff were excelent and facilities were good. I would definately come back again.
