Quality accomodation in a good location
Hotel provides comfortable stay in a good location. Downtown and ferry port area reachable on foot.
Friendly service. Especially the bell boy and concierge employees helpful and attentive.
Only small disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed for renovation program, which should have been made clear at the time of booking.
All in all, a good deal and highly recommendable for a couple of days visit

Value for Money
The stay was value for money. We didnt paid alot but the room was good with King size bed and comfortable facilities. As the location was ideal, it was also easily accessible to many of the attractions. The eatery across the road serves very simple but good pork cutlet bun which my bf and i couldnt stop raving abt. The only thing we could pick on was the shuttle service that was too small and squeezy for families with big luggages and too little seats for everyone

Hand shower issue.
I would be happier if the bathroom has a hand shower that you can use for cleaning yourself from the waist down. This will save a lot of water. In some cultures, people wash themselves after using the toilet and to use the overhead shower is not only impractical but would mean using a lot of water. I usually chose hotels with hand showers when I must stay for more than two days.

Value for money for a 5* hotel
Greeted with a very friendly concerige manager the moment we reached the hotel. He gave good recommendation of places we can visit and local food that we should try. I requested for high floor room and was given the highest floor. The room was big and clean. For a 5* hotel at a price of only S$100 plus a night, we all thought that it is value for money. Location is good and within walking distance to senado square and st paul's ruin. However, information on the complimentary shuttle bus service from hotel is not clear. We were unable to locate the shuttle bus service. Had to take a taxi instead. Limited shuttle bus service to the other casinos in Taipa as the hotel is located at Macau. No shuttle bus service at the Taipa temporary ferry terminal too. Besides the limited shuttle service, the overall experience at the hotel is good.

Hidden treasure
Hotel is well located for those who are there to see Macao and not for gamblers. It is within walking distance to lotsa interesting places such as Senado Sq, Macao Old town and Dai 3 Pa. There is an Ice Cream place called Lai Kee right opposite and then behind the Hotel, very famous for their home made old school Red Bean ice cream on stick. The only disappointment is the front desk could not help me do online flight check in that only take them 3 mins. I do not have my pc with me and they say they have to charge me $35 an hour. I then visited MJ Gallery at Ponte 16 and their front desk was so kind to offer me that service when I am not even their guest. The bed is very big but quite hard.
