This being a 3 star hotel in Macau (an international tourist center) we expected someone who can understand English at the front desk. We had trouble explaining in English to the hotel staff. Also, there is no food in the hotel other than Chinese and no break fast, no room service and this had all put us in a lot of difficulty.
This is perhaps a good hotel for Chinese tourists who can converse with the staff, and enjoy the chinese cuisine.
The room was seedy and the bathroom was not equipped properly. The towels were torn and the hotel did not even provide drinking water.
Overall, poor value for money. My colleagures stayed in another hotel close to the Lisboa, paid the same money and had a great time at that hotel - they had English speaking staff, complimentary water bottles in the room, breakfast on the house etc.
