First of all, I think this hotel...
First of all, I think this hotel has a bad wrap on the internet. I read a few sites describing how horrible it was, and how small the room is, and how the staff spoke no english.
While some of this is true, it is not necessarily the negative it is made out to be.
The staff was very friendly and spoke English. They spoke with a heavy Chinese accent, and spoke VERY quickly, but how is that THEIR fault? If you take your time and show them patience, they are very keen to communicate and help. Check in and out, was easy peasy.
The rooms are quite small, but if you check the price on other hotels right in the middle of the Macau Peninsula, you will see there is a reason for this. This is not a Casino or Gourmet hotel. The rooms I had did not smell, and was large enough for two people for a few days comfortably. The room was also cleaned quite well each day.
The choice of food in the restaurant is disappointing to say the least.
This hotel is all about the price and location. If you don't have upmarket demands, this hotel will not disappoint.
