Staff no more skill in English and...
Staff no more skill in English and not friendly . Bed very strong .room very old if compare with price. Before I arrive hotel a day credit bank send SMS that this hotel charge money for 2days that I book but when I arrived they request my credit card again bank send SMS to me again that this hotel charge for room but price difference I asked staff but they have no more skill in English when I check out they request my credit card again ,so the use my credit 3time in price differrenct I told them to cancel for 2but they was cancel 1time and told me that will cancel by sent fax to the bank , and they also charge me 67dolla for something that their staff cannot explain but I didn't eat anything on mini bar.

We expected a 4 star hotel but...
We expected a 4 star hotel but it was sure not. In my booking I requested a non-smoking room but arriving in the room it was not. In the elevator we saw that there were only 2 floors out of 18 which were non-smoking. Eventually the check-in moved us to a non-smoking room. The bed was like stone! I stayed in many hotels in my life, but never had such a hard bed. I was broken when I got up in the morning. Breakfast was a terrible experience. Breakfast should be till 10.30. We arrived 9.45 and they were already cleaning up. The buffet was very poor for a 4 star hotel. There was almost no choice. When the hotel was rated as a 2 star hotel, I would give it a positive review, but we paid for a 4 star and therefor I consider it a poor hotel.

Absolutely disappointing service. Bellboys were loitering round...
Absolutely disappointing service. Bellboys were loitering round the lobby, engaged in their own banter when we arrived, not giving a toss about us. After checking in, we had to lug our luggage to the room. They couldn't even be bothered to assist us when we were trying to figure out the correct lift lobby to go to. Room was small and appeared rather sparsely furnished, save for the toilet which looked pretty good but was very crammed as well. No bedside electronic control panel. All lights had to be switched on/off at the mains. Bed was also extremely hard. Overall I felt that it's totally undeserving of its 4 star rating. In fact I'm quite puzzled and amazed how it could have garnered such a high rating when compared to many similarly priced hotels in macau with far better service, rooms and amenities. At best mediocre, I give it 2-3 stars.

The Golden Dragen Hotel was fine overall....
The Golden Dragen Hotel was fine overall. Macau in general is not anything like Vegas and the Taxi Drivers are shady and cheaters! I will not be heading back to Macau ever in my lifetime! REgards, A frequent ASIA traveler -- frequent Global Travler!!

Room is quite nice and nice view,...
Room is quite nice and nice view, can see the sea and bus terminal. Service not too good. They closed the lobby seating area after 1am. I was bored and couldn't find a place to sit at the lobby. The security guad insisted that I cannot sit at the lobby sofas! Hard beds,but if you are not particular on beds, it is still acceptable. Ok to stay , if they have promotional rates.

My stay at Golden Dragon Hotel, Macau is a nice one! Good value for a nice and clean hotel room. The hotel staff was firendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, good amenities and service! Well done, Golden Dragon.
