It was hard to sleep at night because the hotel was terribly noisy. The China guests allowed their children to bang on walls, and shout and play in the corridor. The hotel staff did nothing to stop the problem. Also, the electric kettle for boiling water was dirty and partly rusty. However, transport and dining around the hotel are convenient.
Customer noisy
Typical old China style hotel - but clean. You would need to be aware of the hard beds and small rooms and the loud, at all hours conversations of Chinese men who think yelling down and around corridors at 2am in the morning is a standard practice. !!!!!!!!!
Great Place! Near Senado!
My bestfriend and I stayed here for our second day in Macau. It was just right in front of the bus stop so it was easy to get around and ride a free shuttle to the venetian. It was also just 5 mins away walking distance from Senado!!! The only problem we had was that since we were both females, it was kind of difficult to carry the luggage up the stairs in front of the hotel entrance. But other than that everything was great! :) The rooms were really fully booked, it was a good thing we made a reservation via Asiarooms.com! Our room was upgraded because they were fully booked. We would definitely stay here again!

I just stayed a day in this hotel on 1st of jan 2011, i found tat the staff are friendly and can speak well, english or chinese. Rooms are clean and safe. Overall we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel because of the nightlife.. but overall it was nice. thumbs up to Masters!

I had a pleasant stay with my daughters in this hotel. The location is great, just a short walk to the tourist spots in Macau. Bus stop is right at the entrance of the Hotel. However, the stay was comfortable with an expected room size, and surprisingly quiet at night with no disturbance of our sleep. We called to enquire the nearest place for breakfast as we had to catch the morning flight back to Malaysia. The hotel staff was very helpful and even informed us frankly that there was not much choice in the restaurant of the hotel itself.(mostly meant for tour groups to dine in ) Not sure with how well they converse in English as we communicated with them in Chinese all the while. Overall a definite value for money. The rate we booked online was cheaper than the walk-in rate of the hotel, as I discovered prior checking out.
If you're looking for a hotel close to the heart of Macau city which is clean + comfortable, this is the place for you. They provide no extravagant facilities but things like mini fridge, hair dryer and bathroom supplies are there.
I stay at the Macau Master Hotel...
I stay at the Macau Master Hotel for only one night. The front desk is very helpful to answer all the questions. The hotel is pretty close to Senada Square and shopping place which are in a walking distance. The room and bathroom are so small due to hotel is on the main street and right in town.
Overall is good for the price we pay.
