"Room is much bigger than the average..."
Room is much bigger than the average Macau or Hong Kong hotels. Beautifully decorated in Victorian style.Even the teacups in the rooms are pretty (not your usual boring white cups and saucers). Bathroom is really
spacious. With buffet breakfast for 2 included in the room charge of HKD$1,000, it is value for money. The hotel is at the very end of Fisherman's Wharf. They have limousine services (actually they are just taxis) to places like Taipa (MOP$70 per trip), Coloane (MOP$120). You just have to make a request and pay the fare at the reception and concierge. The car wld arrive in 1-3mins time. The hotel does not offer shuttle service to the airport and it is quite away from the main road. However, the reception can call a cab for you. It took only a couple of mins for the cab to arrive at the doorstep of the airport. It takes abt 15mins from the hotel to the airport. Fisherman's wharf itself is quite tacky and a dead town. Food there is quite expensive including the cafe in the hotel. Hence, you may wish to go to Venetian or Taipa (many Portugese restaurants) for your meals. instead. To get to Venetian shopping mall cum hotel, one can walk to Sands which is jus diagonally cross the hotel and take the free shuttle service from Sands to Venetian.

"Rooms were good, Location good, and Overall..."
Rooms were good, Location good, and Overall hotel good. The service was not very good, the hotel staff, not very helpful. English could be spoken better, and the Staff could act like they appreciated your
business. We found this to be the case in most places we visited, but I'm thinking if they wanted us to return, then they could smile alittle, or at least try to help when we asked it.

"Rooms are furnished very luxuriously - high..."
Rooms are furnished very luxuriously - high ceilings and very comfy bed! Room well decked out with flat screen tv and cd player. The Patio was a nice touch to the room - however, view
from our room wasn't the best as there's still a lot of construction going on. Convenient location. Service was very average considering the price band of the hotel - check-in took a lot longer than usual and no assistance was offered when we were obviously waiting for a long time for taxis in the driveway. No swimming pool, only 1 F & B outlet in the hotel.
