Excellent hotel, great amenities, walking distance to historical churches, museums, shopping, eating etc. Our room overlooked the river & was just fantastic, spacious & spotlessly clean, staff were most helpful, some with a little English only. Would definitely recommend & hope to return in the near future. Most difficult to get a taxi at airport upon arrival, had to wait over one hour for taxis to come, not good for tourists. !!!!!
BEWARE
Arriving at 3pm you will see more than one hundred people lining up to register. Go there at 6pm to avoid the hustle of waiting for about 40-60 minutes. Its the longest time I have to wait in my life for a room in a 5 star hotel. Otherwise the hotel is the best in Macau location wise since the main square of the old town is just 10 minutes away and their rooms are the best!.
Found 2 strands of hair in the bathtub when I first walked in the room.
The shower room is dirty, especially the corners. Moldy and stained. In view of such a new hotel, this is not quite acceptable.
There is also a foul smell around the door-wardrobe area. Can't figure out what is that. So, I spayed perfume to cover the smell.
Reflection of TV at the bathtub makes viewing quite challenging.
The rest is fine.
