Great and wonderful
The hotel is as classy as I remembered my first visit during late 90s. Nothing reminds me of all the years passed. It is great as I remembered and it is still great. The hospitality of the staff is incomparable and it trully reflect Malaysians.

good place for nature view
Me ,wife and parent stay for 3 day 2 nights . The hotel is nice n clean I saw others reviews sound bad but I think not bad n the buffet breakfast Is I nice but if you are going to casino is also ok as can take bus to skyway or casino but weekend you need to queue early after all not bad.
No skyway tickets
Just a bit dissapointed bcoz of online booking says with free skyway ticket but it so happened it was no longer available but it was covered by free shuttle bus to genting skyway and also straight to first world hotel and back.Hope that the hotel management and the online booking management could co-operate with each other to get new update/s of any changes that will be made or have been made in the near future.
We would never stay at Awana Genting Highlands again. Though it says it's a 5 star hotel it's more or less like a 3 star.
The rooms and toilets are very old fashioned and the furniture in the rooms are very out dated.
