I booked 2 rooms from 10-14 December. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel, it is well located. The only negative thing was my mum was cut by small pieces of broken glasses on the carpet in the room, it seemed the housekeeping staff did not carry out their job thorough enough. Well, I will still consider this hotel if I return for holidays in the future.
Lights along corridors are very dim & emergency escape route/instruction is not provided in each rooms. Lastly, there is a need to improve the quality of TV reception as images are beyond watching level. Details must be taken care, for example softness of pillow & number of slippers should tally with the number of guests staying. I stayed in room 717.
The wash basin sink has very little drainage through the plug hole and hence particulate matters stay with in the sink.

Very good location with many eating places for both daytime and night time... Free citybus just at the door step to bring you round the city and hotel own limo service for places further... Every cent worth
The hotel could not find my reservation - so we had a long wait to locate - which they could not - but did give us a room anyhow - and at a different rate - higher of course. The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelt of cigarette smoke.
My friends were given a higher floor (we were on the 7th flr and they were on the 10th)- with a much better furnished room - flat screen tv, etc.
