Experience In Hotel Grand Continental
I've experienced the service here is at higher average. Everything is ok included the cleanliness, environment and the quality. The only thing I'm not satisfy is the swimmingpool at the rooftop and also the sauna room. Thank you.

not enjoy with our holiday
The receptionist are not welcoming us as a guest.Rooms and building seems very old.Facilities also not complete at all ( no mineral water provided)

pleasant stay in the hotel
Well overall i can say is good. I enjoy the 3 nights stay there and the staff are ok. However, i also stayed in the deferringhi hotel in batu ferringi for 2 nights. The manager there was really snobish and proud. Far worst than the grand continental

Hotel was not in the best part...
Hotel was not in the best part of town but it was an easy walk to Komptar and surrounding areas. Room was clean and tidy, a small leak in the bathroom ceiling was a little annoying. Breakfast was very satisfactory.

Hotel is good room is small they give me continental room on 18th floor the room are too small bathroom always leek ...... no water provided by room service when ask they will say they dont provide it .. is itreally 3 star but i am happy with the asiarooms.com .....they always give a good choice for booking and rates and all but i not suggest anyone these hotel sorry .........
