Not terrible, but I would stay somewhere different next time
The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it is only a short taxi. Nearby is the Parkson shopping mall which you could probably walk to.
Service was welcoming when we arrived. The room itself was average. The bathroom was below standard and badly needed renovating. You could see bits of mould in the grout of the tiles. The bed was pretty good though and we slept well.
Free wifi was a bonus, and my husband enjoyed a dip in the pool. Breakfast was quite good with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. The egg station was however, a bit dirty looking with old pans.
All in all the hotel was adequate and not too much can be expected in this area of Malaysia.
